Into The Learning

The training course dedicated to ENPACL employees was created with the aim of enhancing digital skills through the use of the main tools of the Microsoft Office package: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive and the new Copilot. An initiative designed to increase individual productivity, improve collaboration between colleagues and foster learning that is truly applicable in daily work contexts.

Train to Grow

The program includes 24 hours of in-person activities and 40 hours of online self-learning, with the support of realistic avatars for a more immersive and interactive learning experience. Qualified external experts will guide the participants, ensuring a practical approach oriented to the concrete needs of office work.

The course is divided into start-up, practical activity management and conclusion phases, to accompany each participant in a complete and structured growth process. A project that combines technological innovation and targeted training, with the aim of providing tools immediately usable in everyday professional life.
